I had a great experience with BetrThan Solutions. My inverter broke, and the original installer wanted to charge a very high fee just to come out and inspect it, plus an additional cost to replace it—even though the inverter was still under warranty. A friend gave me Juan’s contact information, and from the very first conversation, Juan was extremely friendly and professional. He took the time to gather all the details about my broken inverter and helped me reach out to the manufacturer. The entire process was completed in less than one month, and this was especially impressive considering I wasn’t even his customer at the time. After everything was approved, his partner—also named Juan—came out on a Saturday morning to replace the inverter. The labor cost was very reasonable, and he even traveled more than 70 miles from the Valley to help me out. I truly appreciate their hard work, professionalism, and dedication. Miguel and Juan were extremely helpful!! I had installed solar on my house 10 years ago and it had stopped working 5 years ago. The previous company was unresponsive unfortunately. Miguel and Juan helped me removed the old system and install a new one!! My bills used to come out to $1000 only electricity, now my bills are $22 max. We had a great experience with our solar panel installation. Juan, Miguel and their team were friendly, patient, always on time, and very communicative throughout the entire process. They were able to get the permits and installation done within a few weeks when other companies couldn’t guarantee the time. They took the time to answer all our questions and made everything easy to understand. We just received our first electric bill and it was only $22, which says it all! Great company! Getting the City Permit was prompt and timely, job has no delay. Miguel explained the technical aspect and how it works.
